What We Do, Step by Step

First thing everything removable comes out. Racks, trays, the metal shelf guides along the sides. These usually carry the worst of it, since they’re in direct contact with food every single cook.

Racks go into our treatment solution while we move on to the oven cavity. We use a commercial-grade formula — stronger than anything on a supermarket shelf, but certified non-toxic. Safe around food surfaces, no question about that.

Then there’s the door. This surprises most people: that glass isn’t one pane. It’s two, with a gap between them that accumulates grease over years. We take the door apart, clean between the panes, and put it back together. The difference is obvious just looking at it.

Interior walls, ceiling, base, corners we work through each section until it’s actually clean. Not mostly clean. Done. Racks and trays go back in once everything’s sorted, exterior gets wiped down including the handle and knobs, and we do a final check before leaving.

Standard ovens: about 60 to 90 minutes. Heavier jobs take a bit longer. You’ll get a realistic timeframe at booking.
