1. Job Title: Cleaning Services Admin and Marketing Specialist
Location: Icon Cleaning Limited
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday – Thursday 09:00-3:30 )
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Overview:
The Cleaning Services Admin and Marketing Specialist will play a dual role within our organization, managing administrative tasks related to cleaning services while also spearheading marketing efforts to promote our brand and services. This individual will ensure smooth daily operations and develop strategic marketing campaigns to increase client engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling services, and managing client relationships.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of jobs.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, ordering new stock as needed, and ensuring all materials are available for staff.
• Billing and Invoicing: Handle billing processes, prepare and send invoices, and manage accounts receivable.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client contracts, service schedules, staff hours, and other relevant documentation.
• Compliance: Ensure all cleaning operations adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations.
Marketing Duties:
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.
• Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, social media accounts, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and gauge client needs.
• Brand Development: Work on enhancing the company’s brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and quality service promotion.
• Events and Promotions: Organize and participate in community events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 1 year in a marketing role. Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus.
Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).
o Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
o Ability to analyze data and create reports.
o Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
• Office-based with occasional travel to client sites and events.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as needed.

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality cleaning services at both commercial and residential properties across Auckland.
- Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window cleaning, and bathroom sanitization.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for clients.
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Car and Valid NZ Driver’s License (you will be required to travel to various locations across Auckland)
- Experience in commercial and/or residential cleaning is preferred, but not essential (training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of work
- Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage time effectively
- Must be physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks
